The Holosun DRS-TH (Digital Reflex Sight – Thermal) redefines the boundaries of modern red dot optic technology. This closed reflex sight with a red reticle and integrated thermal imaging function combines innovative technology with the highest precision and durability. Thanks to its closed container design, large-area lens and robust aluminium housing, the DRS-TH is ideally suited for use under the most demanding conditions. It reliably withstands severe temperature fluctuations, dust, dirt and adverse weather influences while always guaranteeing a clear, stable field of view. The DRS-TH presents itself as a state-of-the-art, professional sight in a compact design, equipped with an advanced thermal imaging system. The precise sensor captures the surroundings as well as the heat signatures emitted by objects and converts them – completely independent of external light sources – into a detailed, high-contrast image. The captured thermal imaging data is processed at a resolution of 256 × 192 pixels and displayed in razor-sharp clarity on an integrated OLED display. Thanks to its large thermal sensor, the DRS-TH combines the performance of a classic red dot sight with advanced thermal image overlay, giving the user the best of both worlds. With a battery life of up to 10 hours for the thermal sensor and an operating time of over 50,000 hours for the red dot sight, this system is also perfectly equipped for the longest deployments. The integrated thermal imaging system also has internal memory that allows footage to be recorded and played back later. Power is supplied either via two 18350 rechargeable batteries, which are included in the scope of delivery, or via two CR123 batteries. Please note that only rechargeable batteries may be charged via the supplied cable. When using conventional batteries, the cable must never be connected, as this could otherwise damage the device. The USB cable is used not only for power supply but also for data transfer, so that saved content can, for example, be displayed directly on a computer. The display image is updated at a frame rate of 50 FPS, ensuring smooth display. It is also possible to capture individual still images. The available display modes “White Hot”, “Black Hot”, “Outline” and “Highlight” offer the user maximum flexibility to adapt the display to the respective operating conditions. Events can be conveniently captured at the push of a button using the integrated thermal camera, as video recording is built directly into the system and is intuitive to use. If the thermal camera is not needed, the front lens cap can simply be flipped down so that the DRS-TH can be used like a conventional red dot sight. This way, the user always benefits from the combination of both technologies and can adapt the device flexibly to the respective situation. The Picatinny-standard weapon mount is reliably secured by a robust bolt that is easy to operate by hand. The entire construction is made of high-quality, durable materials and meets the IP67 protection standard, ensuring safe use under extreme conditions. The DRS-TH can be precisely adjusted using the supplied tool. Each click corresponds to an adjustment of 0.5 MOA and allows corrections within a range of ±50 MOA. In addition, the modern digital technology offers stepless magnification from 1x to 5x, allowing the sight to be optimally adapted to different distances and requirements.
