Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you who is not the carrier, took physical possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Fluna Tec & Research GmbH, Dr.-Hans-Lechner-Straße 6, 5071 Wals-Siezenheim, Österreich, telephone +43 662 852 396, email office@flunatec.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, although it is not obligatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract. We will use the same means of payment for this reimbursement as you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees as a result of this reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earlier. You must send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you dispatch the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You are liable for any diminished value of the goods only where such diminished value results from handling the goods in a manner that was not necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods which, for reasons of health protection or hygiene, are not suitable for return where their seal has been removed after delivery (e.g. opened cleaning and care products).
Voluntary 30-day right of return
In addition to the statutory right of withdrawal, we grant you a voluntary right of return of 30 days in total from receipt of the goods. Condition: the goods must be unopened, unused and in their original packaging. Your statutory rights naturally remain unaffected by this.
