The Vortex PST Gen II 1–6×24 VMR-2 MRAD is a compact first focal plane riflescope, specifically designed for tactical long guns such as the AR-15, AR-10, FN SCAR or HK MR762. The variable magnification range from 1× (ideal for CQB and fast target acquisition) to 6× (for medium distances of up to around 600 metres) is combined with a 24 mm objective lens that delivers sufficient brightness even in low light. The VMR-2 reticle in MRAD allows precise range estimation and ballistic compensation at every magnification setting. Rugged, sealed and nitrogen-purged turrets feature an integrated Zero Stop as well as reticle illumination with up to 11 brightness settings. The aircraft-grade 30 mm housing is shockproof and waterproof to 1 metre, fog-proof and impact-resistant, making it ideally suited to weapon platforms and harsh operating conditions.
