The Sightmark T-5 Magnifier LQD Flip-to-Side is a compact magnifying attachment with a fixed 5x magnification factor and a 32 mm objective lens, developed specifically for short-range red dot sights. The magnifier is mounted onto the Weaver or Picatinny rail profile via a quick-release LQD mount and can be flipped to the side when not in use, allowing quick switching between magnified and normal view. Multi-coated lenses provide high light transmission and clear image sharpness, while the anodised aluminium housing is shockproof, waterproof and fog-proof.
The target acquisition is ideal for AR-15 variants such as the Colt M4, the SIG Sauer M400 or the HK MP5-SD with Holosun and Aimpoint RDS, intended to be extended for simple, fast target acquisition at distances of up to 600 metres. Weighing around 200 grams, the T-5 is lightweight despite its robust construction and is suitable for both tactical use and sport and hunting applications.
