The Holosun AEMS-PRO-X2-GR features, among other things, the familiar multi-reticle system (2MOA/65MOA green dot) with Solar Failsafe and Shake Awake technology. The housing is made of 7075 aluminium and is black anodised for a long service life. 12mAh Holosun AEMS combines a large field of view in a compact, lightweight package. AEMS has double the glass surface and is 11% shorter than standard 20 mm micro sights and weighs only 110.5g. The optic features a built-in supercapacitor. This additional power source enables the red dot sight to operate without a solar cell/light or battery and provides an extra iron reserve of approx. 200 hours of illumination in dot mode (level 6). The AEMS is equipped with Holosun innovations such as Solar Failsafe, Shake Awake, multi-reticle (2MOA dot; 2MOA/65MOA circle-dot; 65MOA ring) and up to 50,000 hours of battery life. The AEMS features a 7075 aluminium housing with removable, clear, flip-down lens covers. The included lower 1/3 co-witness mount is removable and offers adaptability across multiple firearm platforms. They allow fast target acquisition with both eyes open and are therefore ideal for hunters, sport shooters, law enforcement and airsoft players. In addition to the interchangeable reticles of the 500 series and the solar models of the C line, they also all feature an intelligent Shake Awake™ function for an exceptionally long operating life, absolute parallax freedom, an angled front lens (micros and tubes) and 12 brightness levels (4 night, 8 day) for manual brightness adjustment under different lighting conditions.
