The Sport Schützen Verein Schattendorf offers an idyllically situated shooting range about 1.5 km outside the residential area of Schattendorf. The facility is well maintained and includes a trap range, five shooting ranges for handguns with distances of 10, 15 and 25 meters, four rifle ranges for small caliber and large bullets over 100 meters, a hunting course with 18 machines and three archery ranges offering distances of up to 70 meters. The club regularly organizes competitions and tournaments and also serves as a venue for major national events, where guests are always welcome.
