The Union Sportschützen Helpfau-Uttendorf (US-HU) is a private club dedicated to practicing the practical and dynamic shooting sport known as IPSC (International Practical Shooting Confederation) with handguns and long guns. The motto of the club and the sport is “Diligentia, Vis, Celeritas” – DVC, which stands for precision, power and speed. The US-HU aims to develop raw talent through first-class training and a passion for the sport. The focus is on teamwork, endurance and sportsmanship. The club is a member of IPSC-Austria, the regional IPSC association for Austria. Access to the shooting range is reserved exclusively for club members, supporting members, guests of club members and participants in publicly advertised competitions.
