The Straßburg Shooting Club, founded in 1961 and revived in 1993 under the leadership of Gerald Kainbacher after a break in the 1980s, is a community of shooters dedicated to both hunting and sport shooting. The club is known for its successful shooters who take part in competitions in Carinthia and beyond. Martin Paynik has been the club’s head marksman since 2023. The club offers extensive facilities for shooting sports enthusiasts at its Eskurial shooting range in Strasbourg, Carinthia, including two 100 m rifle ranges and five 25 m pistol and revolver ranges. The Strasbourg Shooting Club invites both experienced shooters and newcomers to become part of their community and experience the fascination of shooting sports.
