It combines 70 % fine rolled oats with creamy oat cream, 10 % freeze-dried apples, a touch of butter, cinnamon and a pinch of sugar. The freeze-dried mixture can be quickly rehydrated with hot water to form a smooth porridge, remains completely free from additives and can be kept for up to eight years. A portion of approx. 90 g dry matter provides a filling breakfast of approx. 300-442 kcal, practical, tasty and rich in nutrients – ideal for on the go or for an emergency supply.
