As with all parts of a firearm, the same applies to the silencer: regular cleaning protects against damage and preserves the value of the silencer. After about 50 to a maximum of 200 shots, you should thoroughly clean and preserve your silencer – ideally with the Fluna silencer cleaning concentrate.

The use of a silencer for hunting, but also for sport, is recommended for several reasons. Damping the muzzle blast protects the hearing of humans and dogs and improves the perception of the bullet impact. The silencer also reduces recoil, which increases the hit rate. Disturbing muzzle flash in diffuse light conditions is also significantly reduced. By cleaning your silencer, you protect yourself and others and increase your accuracy.
