The Kapfenberg Shooting Club, founded on August 8, 1960, has around 200 members and operates several shooting ranges all year round. These include an air rifle shooting range at the Sporthotel Grabner, the only permanent crossbow shooting range in Austria, which is also suitable for international competitions, and a firearms shooting range for small and large caliber rifles in Graschnitz. The club attaches great importance to youth work and has youth coaches in its team, whose young shooters regularly achieve excellent results. The shooting ranges offer professionals as well as amateurs and guests (beginners with support) the opportunity to practice shooting. The club operates two competition ranges with modern equipment for air pressure and firearms and offers special shooting times for amateur shooters as well as guest shooting for interested parties and candidates for membership.
